As with all handmade products, a certain amount of variation in color, shade, tone and size is to be expected.  Such variations only enhance the beauty, character and uniqueness of these products.  Please be advised that any one sample cannot represent all pieces as they are all individually polished by hand.  Every attempt is made to match finishes as closely as possible.  All dimensions provided are approximate.  Please examine each item for defects immediately after delivery.  Any discrepancies in metal, finish, size, design or quality must be noted in writing to Landmark within five business days following receipt of material and prior to installation, otherwise buyer waives all rights to such claim.  All claims regarding damage or short shipments must be made in writing to the carrier and Landmark within five business days of delivery.  We make no guarantees as to suitability of our products.  Landmark Metalcoat reserves the right to modify designs and materials or to discontinue products without prior notice.  All designs remain the property of Landmark Metalcoat and may not be duplicated.

 

 

REVISIONS OR CANCELLATIONS

Revisions must be received within 24 hours after receipt of your signed Confirmation Invoice, otherwise a fee may apply.  All orders are made to your exact specifications (metal and finish).  Please check every item very carefully to ensure accuracy before signing your Confirmation Invoice.  Once we receive your Confirmation Invoice, the order cannot be cancelled.  The invoice is final & binding.

 

 

PACKING & HANDLING FEES

A 4% to 6% fee will be charged on orders depending on the type of packaging required.  To ensure that all products are received in perfect condition, each piece is individually wrapped and packed according to style and includes a specification sheet with Installation and Care Instructions.  This fee will be included on your Confirmation Invoice.

 

 

SHIPPING

Landmark does not keep any finished products in stock.  Tile orders ship within 2-3 weeks.  Plaque and Korbel orders ship within 3-4 weeks.  Mosaic orders ship within 3-6 weeks.  Sink orders ship within 4-6 weeks.  All products will be shipped F.O.B. Temecula, California. For information regarding damage and claims refer to Warranty Information.

 

 

RETURNS

Returns are accepted on a case basis and require an authorization form.  No returns are accepted on installed products.  No returns are accepted after 10 days following the receipt of materials.  All accepted returns are subject to a 25% return fee.  Incorrect order placed by showroom, variations in size, color and finish shall NOT be deemed as cause for return.
