• Landmark is proud to use a patented metalcoating product, recognized as a Sequoia Award winning material demonstrating environmental innovation and leadership in conservation techniques, applications and processes. When compared with the environmental issues associated with foundries and plating facilities, this metalcoating process significantly reduces volatile organic compounds (VOC’s) emissions, disposable liquid waste, consumption of energy and consumption of natural resources. Landmark uses recycled metals.

• In 2008, Landmark developed a new casting substrate that does not emit any VOC’s into the atmosphere. Additionally, this innovation allows Landmark to drastically reduce the energy requirements associated with the facility’s ventilation equipment on a sustainable basis.

• Landmark’s production facility is located in the state of California that has some of the strictest emission control standards in the world. In order to adhere to these requirements, Landmark is dedicated to utilizing environmentally friendly practices and materials throughout the facility. Landmark uses energy-efficient equipment and lighting, uses packaging made from recycled content and whenever possible, eliminates waste and recycles trash.

• All Landmark products are manufactured exclusively in the United States creating American jobs and eliminating the wasteful energy consumption associated with overseas transportation of imported products.

• Member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) supporting the ASID Foundation and the ReGreen Program creating best practice guidelines for sustainable residential improvement projects for residential design professionals, suppliers, contractors and existing homeowners.
